These Intermediate level sessions will focus on intermediate level Cardiovascular, strength, and circuit training. Focusing on CORE strength and balance. At the intermediate level the client will experience a change in body composition and muscle development. Also after these session the client should experience a lowering of blood glucose levels and blood pressure numbers........lets journey

At this level of training the client will have experienced CORE strengthening, balance stabilization, cardiovascular, strength,
training. Lower blood pressure and blood glucose. We will introduce some nutrition coaching at this point, as well as a more intense strength training.....always listening to the body always safe......lets journey together
